In under five years, I helped scale a fast-paced creative agency from a five-person team and $2M in revenue to over 20 employees and $25M in revenue. I built and led the in-house creative department from the ground up, growing it from a team of one to a multidisciplinary studio of 6+, including graphic, environmental, product, and architectural designers, earning three promotions along the way. Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, I led winning pitches and executed creative and design for 40+ high-impact brand experiences per year, taking projects from concept to completion alongside a tight-knit team of creative producers and account managers.
